Goodwill Easter Seals provides employment assistance at all of our Community Centers for people referred by other agencies and the general public. Program Managers help people to identify their strengths, needs and challenges and guide participants towards an appropriate career path. Pre-employment training is provided in jobsearch skills including job application completion, interviewing skills, resume writing, self-presentation techniques and proper work behaviors. Long-term goals and career advancement are emphasized in post-employment services through intensive case management and job retention services.
