The Medical Assistance program provides financial assistance to individuals with disabilities needing to purchase medical supplies, adaptive equipment, devices, environmental modifications, or services which would lead to an improved quality of life and greater independence. Eligibility is based on evidence of need and is subject to availability of funding.
